Where should we start with this under construction
ride? First off let me start by talking about it's co-owner. Sam Brewer is
one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. He will help you with about any
project you can throw at him, and if he can't do it he'll point you to
someone who can. I have known Sam for about 5 years now. We first met when
I was rollin' in a bagged Yota and was a member of the now defunct Wicked
Emotions Car/Truck club. I was new to the club and didn't really know all
the members and certainly not any of the past members. Well to make a long
story short, I saw Sam out in his PHAT Mazda (look for it to be
featured on the site once it is complete) and thought to
myself....'Damn that is an awesome truck. That is what our club needs!' So
I rolled up to him and we started talking and I found out he used
to be in the club but had a falling out with some of the members. So
needless to say he didn't rejoin the club. So here it is 5 years later and
Sam and I find ourselves still talking about our rides. I've moved on to
the OUW1SH.COM Civic, Sam still his Mazda, and his wife Brandee has this
Civic. And that's what this article is all about, Brandee's Honda Civic!
The list of mods is pretty extensive and let me start by
saying when it is finished it is going to be a real eye catcher. We'll
start the mod list off with the simple everyday mods done to the Civic. It
has an Akimoto intake, set of 17" rims, front upper strut bar, and
rear upper and lower strut bars. That's about all the normal mods
it has.
Now for the not so normal Civic mods. They consist of an
Eclipse TV/Tuner with 6 disc changer, Boston mids and highs, Hi Fonics and
MMats amps, 2 10" Rockford Fosgate subs in a custom built box. It has
a newly installed SS style fiberglass hood. The engine has an AEM cam
gear, B&M fuel pressure regulater, and a Flowmaster cat-back exhaust
with Flowmaster muffer with bullet tip. As far as the outside goes it has
shaved emblems, antenna, and tag box with the tag molded into the rear
bumper of the Buddy Club body kit. The interior will soon be re-done in
tweed and leather.
Look for this Civic at a show near you!
