First off, let us start this article by saying when it comes to 'CUSTOM' Dru Williams knows how it's done! This Mazda is gonna be a real head turner when it is completed. We shot this truck about a month ago but could not figure how to do a write-up on it and give it it's due.

This truck has, and is gonna have, a list of mods that can go on forever! It has taken us so long to get this article posted because we didn't know which mod to blow your mind with first!!!

How about this for starters. This Mazda pickup is tuckin' 20s on ALL four corners! How is this possible?!? Well Dru took his torch and started cutting. He moved the firewall back 3 inches and cut out the inner fenders for the tires to travel up front. Out back Dru cut the frame and welded up a 6 inch C-Notch for axle to travel freely. He has also installed a hydro setup consisting of three chrome pumps and 10 and 12 inch cylinders to help make the truck drivable when he travels to from shows. To bring the truck even closer to the ground Dru did even more cutting and did a 3 inch body drop. Dru also made his dog box for the bed to give the rear tires more travel and to keep them from scrubbing while he drives

Now for the shaving! If it could be shaved, Dru shaved it! He shaved the door handles, key holes, gas tank lid, antenna, tailgate, tailgate handle, and rollpan. To make your head turn even more Dru is gonna bolt up a set of 4x4 fenders up front, Toyota 4Runner front bumper and valance. He plans on redoing the interior in a tweed covering with flames molded in. The flame cut outs pictured are the one that will be used on the door panels.

This truck is for sure gonna be one that will be talked about and gawked at every time it hits the streets and show grounds. While talking to Dru he hopes to have it at least in drivable condition for the June 1st show that OUW1SH.COM and Illicit Car/Truck club will hosting in Johnson City. If you hadn't planned on attending (don't know why you wouldn't) now you have a reason to come and drool over one badazz Mazdog!

Dru keep up the great work and can't wait to see the finished product!!!
